Meet the Team
George Shashoua, MD
Dr. Shashoua of Austin Labiaplasty and Vaginal Rejuvenation is board certified in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and specializes in female pelvic floor disorders. His understanding of vaginal and vulvar anatomy is essential when creating natural appearing labial and clitoral reductions. Additionally, his urogynecologic background is crucial to safe and effective vaginal rejuvenation procedures.
Julianna Monceaux, FNP-C
Julianna is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing after graduating with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Master of Science from Texas State University’s St. David’s School of Nursing. Julianna is devoted to providing compassionate care that aims to assist each patient in achieving successful clinical outcomes.
Kristin Longshore, ANP-BC
Kristin is an Adult Health, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her nursing degrees from the University of Florida. Prior to joining us, she worked as a travel nurse and vascular nurse practitioner/surgical first assist for 7 years. She joined our team in 2016 and has been providing quality clinical and surgical care since.
Noel Lowe, BSN, RN
Noel is a Registered Nurse who graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After graduation, she worked on a Medical Surgical unit of a hospital where she gained experience caring for patients with many different medical comorbidities and diagnoses. She was excited to fulfill her dreams of working in women’s health when she joined our team here at Austin Urogynecology in April 2022. During her free time, she loves to be with her friends, travel, and crochet!
Brittany Skelton, Practice Manager
Brittany is the Practice Manager for ALVR. She brings 16 years of direct patient care and management to our team! Brittany previously worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and lead clinical staff in general ophthalmology and pediatric ophthalmology.
The skills Brittany has obtained with her ample clinical experience allows her to provide the highest quality of care to our patients and for our team! Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, kayaking, camping, and living on her small farm with 2 dogs and 8 chickens.
Carol Taylor, Surgery and Benefit Coordinator
Carol is the surgery coordinator for Dr. Shashoua. Carol will find the procedure date that works for you and provide you with logistical and financial information you need! Carol also assumes the role of assistant Practice Manager. She has been at the practice since inception and has always been the glue that keeps the team together. She is our interface with insurance companies, manages billing, and fills in as Practice Manager when Brittany is out of the office.

Our clinic offers comfort and convenience to our clients from Austin and the surrounding areas in Texas. Austin Labiaplasty and Vaginal Rejuvenation is located directly off of the interstate and has ample parking. Labiaplasty procedures are performed in our outpatient surgical suite, within the office of Austin Urogynecology. If you’re considering vaginal rejuvenation, surgeries are performed at the hospital by Dr. George Shashoua, who is board certified in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery. Additionally, we partner with local physicians who offer in-office laser treatments for non-surgical vaginoplasties. We’ll help you decide which approach is right for you.
We’re located just off the Mopac Expressway service road near Parmer Lane. When you arrive you will be greeted by our caring office staff in our private and serene office suite. Our waiting room offers coffee, water, and a selection of magazines.
