Did you know you can have a labiaplasty and clitoropexy at the same time? For women and girls with prominent labial folds and excess skin at the clitoral prepuce, removal of that skin by way of a labiaplasty and/or a clitoral hood reduction can be easily performed.

The labiaplasty procedure improves the appearance of the labia for women who are bothered by the size of their labia, and enhances comfort for those who have issues with pulling and tugging from the excess skin. The clitoris itself is not sutured, and therefore clitoral sensation should not be negatively affected by this procedure.

In cases where a clitoropexy procedure seems to be needed, the result is a flattened labia minora and clitoral hood, with the clitoris lying nicely in the plane of the new, shortened labia.
